Terms and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Riverview Acupuncture and Wellness Center. Please review our terms and refund policy for acupuncture packages and gift certificates. Our goal is to provide clarity and transparency for all clients.

2. Acupuncture Packages

• Discounted packages are non-transferable.
• Refunds for unused sessions are available within 12 months of purchase, subject to a 3% management fee.
• Refunds are calculated at the standard session rate.
• No refunds for expired packages or missed appointments without 24-hour notice.
• Promotional packages marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds.
• Upon refund approval, all future appointments associated with the package will be canceled.

3. Gift Certificates

• Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Fully transferable before use.
• Non-refundable once issued.
• No refunds for expired certificates.
• Lost or stolen certificates may be reissued with proof of purchase and valid ID.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
